For this assignment, we wanted to create imagery that represented the strength and spirit of football and Los Angeles Chargers. We rebuilt the brand of the show. To create this new identity, we used the textures of the players’ clothing and their helmets. Then we modeled the elements in 3D/CGI and used them initially as a mash-up of pieces. We then animated them to create an energetic voyage which ultimately resolved to form a football and the Chargers’ logo.
